These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of thecrowsnestpleasanton.org (the "Site") operated by The Crow's Nest, a grassroots community organization based in Pleasanton, California. By using this Site, submitting a form on it, or opting in to our SMS text messaging program, you agree to these Terms.

Using this Site

This Site is provided to share information about our community programs, events, and volunteer opportunities. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading, or abusive content through our forms.

Programs and events

Program descriptions, schedules, and event details on this Site are provided for general information and may change. The Crow's Nest is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization; contributions made through this Site are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

SMS text messaging program terms

By opting in to receive SMS text messages from The Crow's Nest — whether through a web form on this Site or by texting a keyword to us — you agree to the following:

• You will receive recurring text messages such as event reminders, program updates, volunteer opportunities, and community announcements, at a frequency of up to 4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Text HELP to any message for help, or contact us through our Contact Us page.
• Text STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
• Opting in to SMS messages is not a condition of participating in any Crow's Nest program or making a contribution.
• Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Third-party links

This Site links to third-party platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, and credits third-party image sources. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party sites.

No warranty; limitation of liability
